Creating Enterprise Board

It is the responsibility of the Creating Enterprise Board to ensure the purposes and objectives for which the business has been established are fulfilled. To achieve this, they must provide strategic leadership and direction; ensuring business activities are appropriately resourced, financially viable and sustainable, conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and relevant codes of practice.

There are 5 places, 3 of the places are reserved for Cartrefi Conwy appointments. The Creating Enterprise Board can appoint the rest.
