We have a volunteer vacancy for a co-optee to our Tenant Services Board.

As a co-optee to the Tenant Services Board you will work collaboratively with board members and colleagues to ensure that we:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Provide affordable, quality housing for those in need; and
- Hear the tenant voice through a range of opportunities for tenants to get involved and influence decision making at a strategic level.
You will:
- take an active interest in the work of Cartrefi Conwy
- understand what’s important to our tenants
- need to prepare for and attend an average of 4 meetings a year
- be invited to attend a variety of other events relevant to Cartrefi Conwy’s purpose
