• Understanding our use of carbon and investigating and implementing ways to reduce it.

Delivering modular solutions

• Investigating the most efficient way to ‘decarb’ our homes, and deliver zero-carbon homes through the Modular Solutions factory.

Reducing waste in how we work

• Working with our colleagues, tenants and communities to understand how we can change what we do to reduce our impact.
