Katie has worked in housing for 15 years.

Katie joined Cartrefi Conwy in January 2019 as Head of Neighbourhoods, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles. Katie’s current role as Managing Director at Cartrefi Conwy is to lead on the vital front-line services to our tenants and communities, ensuring we provide quality services, our tenants are safe in their homes, and we are maximising our social impact. She also leads on delivering quality homes, both through new developments and managing our current homes so they remain safe, affordable and in a good condition. Ultimately Katie wants to do the right thing for our tenants and communities, and to deliver on the ambitious targets set out within our 2020-2025 corporate plan.
