Did you know that we offer paid employment opportunities to tenants? As well as a 12 month fixed term contract, these roles come with a fantastic training package, a workplace ‘Buddy’ for day-to-day support, and a dedicated Mentor who will help you to develop and progress into a sustainable job at the end of your contract.

Job Search Support

We also provide 1:1 job search support to anyone living in Conwy, whether you’re unemployed or looking for a new challenge.

Do you want to make your CV stand out? Or is the thought of an interview putting you off taking the next step? As well as 1:1 appointments, we offer small group sessions which include mock interviews with real employers from across Conwy.
