Social housing with Cartrefi Conwy

What is social housing?

Social housing is housing provided by Local Councils and Housing Associations at rates that are affordable to those on low incomes.  Registration for social housing depends on the applicant’s household meeting housing need as defined in the lettings policy.

How to apply for social housing

You can apply for social housing by contacting the homefinder team on 0300 124 0050. Conwy Housing Solutions will use a process called SARTH (Single Access Route to Housing) which means you only have to make one application to go on the Housing Register for all housing associations across the county of Conwy.
