Our developments sites are reopening
We safely reopened 4 development sites on May 11th and resumed works to finish building these affordable and much needed homes.
We want you to know our teams have being working hard to adopt new working practices that are in line with both Government and Construction Leadership Council strict Covid-19 guidelines.
This includes new site inductions for all the workers when they arrive to site so they can understand the standards and the new ways of work. This also means work is likely to be at a slower pace than before so over the next few weeks we will be looking at the impact this will have on the time it will take to finish the developments
The sites reopened are at:
- Sefton Road, Old Colwyn
- Conway Road, Colwyn Bay
- Maelgwyn, Llandudno Junction
- Gloddaeth Street, Llandudno
We will continue to give updates here on our website and get in touch with tenants and residents we need to with more details.
If you have any questions or concerns about any of our work sites please get in touch.
