We recently completed the development at Victoria Road and Vale Park, Rhyl called Tŷ Dyffryn.
The original building was demolished in late 2019, to make way for much needed, new affordable housing for local people in Rhyl.
This £2.6million scheme consists of 18, 2 bedroom, 3 person apartments for social housing tenants.
The development is ideally situated to local amenities, with a short walk to the town centre, train station and local supermarkets.
The main contractor for this scheme was NWPS Ltd Construction.
What is social housing?
Social housing is housing provided by Local Councils and Housing Associations at rates that are affordable to those on low incomes. Registration for social housing depends on the applicant’s household meeting ‘housing need’.
