“I’ve worked in my role as Leasehold and Land Liaison Officer for many years and thoroughly enjoy it. I have developed my role over the years to be able to offer a reassuring support service to leasehold tenants. I have a vast knowledge of information and normally can provide answers to individual’s leasehold. A couple of years ago I was really pleased to have played a part in setting up the Leaseholders’ Forum that meets regularly throughout the year. My aims for the future are to continue working together so we keep on improving our services. We would encourage all leaseholders to come along to the forum especially if you’ve never been and meet us for a chat over a cuppa.”

“I’m the Service Charges Accountant and I’m responsible for calculating and preparing your charges for the year. I also work closely with Julie, the Leasehold Officer, with regards to solicitors and financial information enquiries. I particularly enjoy attending the Leaseholders’ Forum and getting to meet our leaseholders in person.”
