The way you rent your home in Wales changed

From 1st December 2022, The Renting Homes (Wales) Act changed how you rent your home. This new law affects all landlords and tenants in Wales. This new legislation will make it much easier for tenants to rent a home in Wales. Watch the video above or read the leaflet below to find out more on what the main changes are for renters. One of the changes that landlords had to do is issue an occupation contract to replace the existing tenancy or license agreement before the end  of May 2023. When you get yours, please keep it safe.
