Asset Officer
Location: Morfa Gele, Abergele (with regular travel)
Salary: Up to £35,114 gross per annum• Hours: 37 per week (Permanent)
Join Cartrefi Conwy and help deliver our Together Corporate Plan— focused on People, Property and Partnerships. We’re looking for an organised, motivated Asset Officer to support safe, energy‑efficient homes and high‑quality investment programmes.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate asset data to support long‑term planning.
- Support capital programmes (kitchens, heating, roofs, windows etc.).
- Assist with decarbonisation projects including ORP, ECO4 and whole‑house retrofit.
- Carry out estate and block inspections, reporting through SafetyCulture.
- Contribute to environmental, grounds and biodiversity improvements.
- Work closely with contractors, tenants and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of asset management, WHQS 2023 and HHSRS.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Proactive, organised and value‑for‑money focused.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Experience with PIMSS, SafetyCulture or retrofit programmes is a bonus.
