Daniel Hall – Executive Director of Customer and Communities

Daniel Hall has over 16 years’ experience in the housing sector, with a strong foundation in supported housing and housing management. He joined Cartrefi Conwy in 2014, beginning his journey with the organisation through the Conwy Housing Solutions Partnership.

Since then, Daniel has progressed through a number of leadership roles, including managing the Income Team and heading up the Neighbourhoods department until December 2024.

Now in the role as Executive Director of Customer and Communities, he is responsible for the management of Cartrefi Conwy’s social and affordable housing stock. His focus is on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring tenants receive the support and advice they need, and driving social value initiatives that provide opportunity for tenants to thrive in their home and community.
