She has worked across diverse organisations and cultures, driving people strategies and leading people transformation initiatives. Kathryn has  deep passion for shaping inclusive, high-performing cultures and building people strategies that help individuals and teams thrive.

In her role as Executive Director of People and Culture, she is focused on driving  the ambitions of the ‘Together’ corporate plan through people-focused solutions that make a meaningful difference to our customers and communities.
