Monalisa Roy is the Executive Director of Business Transformation at Cartrefi Conwy, appointed in July 2025. She leads the organisation-wide transformation agenda, driving Cartrefi Conwy’s ambition to become the housing association of the future. Her remit spans digital innovation, strategic IT, process improvement, and data enhancement, all delivered in close collaboration with colleagues across the business.

Central to this transformation is a deep understanding of both internal and external customer needs, ensuring that solutions are designed and delivered in alignment with Cartrefi Conwy’s new three-year Corporate Plan. With people at the heart of the programme, Monalisa acts as both a strategic leader and subject matter expert, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Cartrefi Conwy, Monalisa led successful transformation programmes at GE, Amazon, Canon, and Allwyn. She specialises in unlocking value by combining Lean Six Sigma methodologies with modern technologies such as AI, Intelligent automation and Process Mining — enabling smarter processes, sustainable change, and cost efficiency.

A Certified Master Black Belt with over 20 years’ experience across Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Digital, Monalisa brings a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in both high-growth scale-ups and global enterprises.

She has also led major transformation initiatives within global Shared Services, optimising delivery hubs in India, Slovakia, Romania, and the Czech Republic, while maintaining cultural cohesion and operational resilience.
