Welcome to the ‘I pay’ reward
*Please note that our Home Rewards scheme is currently under review.
This reward is open to any tenants who pay their rent on time and have no arrears. Any tenants who meet the entry criteria will automatically be entered into a monthly draw and a winner will be picked at random on the 3rd Friday of every month.
Each tenant entered into the draw must have:
- A clear or ‘in credit’ rent account the month before the draw
- No high levels of anti-social behaviour within the last three years
- The lead tenant only can be entered into the draw. No occupants will be considered for the draw.
The winning tenant will be informed no later than one week after the draw has taken place.
