As we move forward with our bold Together Corporate Plan 2025–2028, focusing on People, Property and Partnerships, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to be part of that journey.

Your ability to communicate in both Welsh and English will help ensure every customer has the best possible experience in the language they choose.

What You’ll Do

In this frontline role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, email and in person, ensuring enquiries are resolved or referred appropriately.
  • Support tenants with repairs requests, housing applications, complaints and general advice.
  • Deliver first‑class service in a busy contact centre environment.
  • Assist with reception duties, visitor management, and the smooth running of the office.
  • Raise repair tasks, book follow‑up appointments and provide accurate information using our internal systems.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gathering insights that help us strengthen services and meet priorities in our Together plan.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Cartrefi Conwy, supporting our organisational culture of teamwork and shared purpose.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of office practices (telephony and administrative support)
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Welsh and English
  • A helpful, organised, solutions‑focused approach

Desirable

  • Experience in a contact centre environment

Contract: Permanent Position

Hours of work: 30 per week (over 4 days)

Salary:  £25,611 to £27,358 gross per annum (pro rata)
