An update on our repairs service and our offices

As we ease out of lockdown slowly we’d like to say a huge thanks for working with us over these last months with the changes to our services.

It’s great to be getting back out and about and returning to more normal services. We are making repairs our priority.

We are now able to carry out some further non-urgent repairs as our repairs timeline has moved and very nearly at recovery phase 2 meaning we can carry out more than we were before.

However please remember to bear with us as we may take a little longer as we catch up with all of our repairs. You can see where we are on ours repairs timeline below.

Our customer service team are working from home but still here to help you with repairs, you can give them a call on 0300 124 0040, describe your repair and they’ll let you know how we can handle it for you.
If we can’t book in an appointment straight away we’ll log the details and call you back when we’re able to give you a date.
