Changes to your Rent from 1 April 2025

👉Remember your rent and service charges (if you have any), changed on 1 April 2025

Are you on Universal Credit or Housing Benefit? Read on👇

👉On UC?

Here’s what they will prompt you to do on your journal.

1. Log into your journal
2. Select ‘Report a Change’
3. Choose ‘Housing Costs’
4. Provide:
   • Your new rent amount
   • The date the change takes effect
   • Any service charge (if you have any) changes

👉On HB (Housing Benefit)?

If you claim your HB in Conwy, you do not need to do anything we will them about your changes for you.

👋If you don’t live in Conwy, please contact your local authority and ask to speak to their HB team about your changes.
