Social Impact – Sponsorships and Donations

Cartrefi Conwy is committed to supporting local clubs and organisations through our sponsorship and donations fund.

We provide funding to organisations whose activities take place in communities where we have homes and align with our goal of helping communities thrive.

Applications are reviewed quarterly throughout the year. Deadlines for applications to be received are: 2nd June 2025, 1st September 2025, 1 December 2025, and 2nd March 2026.

Supporting Our Communities – Our Previous Six Sponsorships

We’re proud to share that Cartrefi Conwy has supported six local community organisations through our latest round of sponsorship funding.

These partnerships are helping to strengthen communities, promote wellbeing, and provide opportunities for people of all ages across Conwy.

Here’s how our support has made a difference:

• 🏉 Colwyn Bay Ladies Touch Rugby – Funded new training equipment and travel costs to help the team compete regionally and grow women’s sport in North Wales.
• 💃 Abergele Castlettes Morris Dancers – Helped fund kits and travel to competitions, easing financial pressure on local families.
• 🎳 Abergele Bowling Club – Provided support for equipment and club maintenance to encourage social activity and inclusion.
• 🏑 Clwb Hoci Eirias Hockey Club – Contributed to pitch hire and equipment costs, helping to keep hockey affordable for families.
• 💛 Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospice – Supporting their Dark Run fundraising event, helping to raise vital funds for local children and families across North Wales.
• ⚽ Llandudno FC U7s – Sponsored new team kits for young players, promoting confidence and team spirit.

These projects are a great example of how we’re delivering social value across Conwy, supporting people, creating opportunities, and helping communities thrive.
