Here are some of the ways that tenants have had an impact recently

Last year, over 800 tenants responded to surveys to help us form our Social Impact Strategy.   Their views and ideas were gathered and were crucial to the creation of the strategy.  Check it out here  – https://cartreficonwy.org/about-us/social-impact-strategy-2022-25/

In January, almost 100 tenants answered a online survey about our Sustainability Strategy.  They put forward valuable information that helped us write the strategy.  We want to form a Tenant Sustainability group that will continue to work with us. The Looking Forward group was formed in May and are working with us to tackle some of the challenges that are flagged up by our Satisfaction survey.  Their positive work and understanding could make some big changes to how we work.

Younger tenants had the chance to work with Theatr Clwyd for four months to explore a variety of art forms with successful local artists and to discuss housing issues.

Tenants are also having an impact on how our caretaker service runs, helping us to assess our regulatory standards, and much more.
