As your landlord we must ensure your home is ‘fit for human habitation’ (FFHH). This includes things like making sure your home has an up to date electrical safety certificate and ensuring working smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted in your home.
The Welsh Government have issues guidance which includes everything you need to know about what ‘fit for human habitation’ means for you as a tenant.
There is also ‘easy read‘ guidance that has been provided by the Welsh Government.
