Wee Ones Meet Wise Ones Get Together

 ‘Wee Ones meet Wise Ones’ is an event which brings mothers and infants together with older people. The turnout has been fantastic for the first 2 sessions held at Y Fron community centre in Colwyn Bay which saw mums, young ones and older ones singing nursery rhymes, having a cuppa and a chat, with of course, lots of cuddles from the babies.

‘Wee Ones meet Wise Ones’ is a partnership project with Conwy Council’s Community Wellbeing Team, National Childbirth Trust and Cartrefi Conwy.
