Welcome to Parc Afon Bach

Parc Afon Bach is a small Cartrefi Conwy development in Llanrwst that will provide eight new energy efficient family homes.

The homes have been built in our own Creating Enterprise Modular Solutions factory and will provide a range of energy saving benefits to our tenants – including (up to) 80% savings on their energy bills.

As you can see from the pictures, we are just putting the finishing touches to the build, and we are really looking forward to handing over these stunning energy efficient homes later in August.
