How do I apply for one of the new homes in Pensarn?

Our site on Towyn Road, Pensarn, is a new social housing development that will offer affordable homes for people in housing need.

All social housing applications in North Wales go through SARTH (Single Access Route to Housing). You only need to apply once to be considered for homes with all housing associations in Conwy.

If you’re eligible, you’ll be placed on the housing register in one of four bands. These bands are based on your housing need and the date you applied. The register also records your preferences, such as location.

If you’re already on the register, it’s a good idea to check your details and update your information so your housing need is assessed correctly.
