Customer Service Week

We had a great Customer Service Week last week. Celebrating delivering the best service possible and also recognizing great customer service within our organisation.

 

 

We had lots happening during the week including the launch of our new customer promise ‘SMILE’ created by our colleagues and tenants in collaboration

 

We also had colleagues voting for their fellow customer service superheroes throughout the week with our colleagues being awarded on the Friday.
