Glanrafon starts to take shape
The timber frames have started to be erected over at our Glanrafon re-development in Llanrwst. These structures have been transported to site from our Creating Enterprise Modular Solutions factory and will make up the 12 state of the art, Passivhaus family homes replacing the old maisonettes at the site.
We also caught up with our tenant Daniel who is hard at work as a trainee on site and lives at Glanrafon as well. Daniel is employed through Creating Enterprise Employment Academy and this is the very first time he will be working in construction, he said he’s “enjoying being on site and I’m learning lots of new skills about groundwork and construction”
