Tenant Talk 2024

Twenty-four tenants from across the county recently participated in workshops designed to influence how we operate. These sessions covered various topics, including:

• Our new Business Plan
• The roll-out of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2
• How tenants can contribute to recruitment processes
• Strategies to improve satisfaction scores
• A review of our Community Chest program
• Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
• Ways to communicate how we keep homes safe

The feedback from these workshops will shape our focus over the next six months, with plans to reconvene in April for the next Tenant Talk. This event will allow tenants to review the progress made and continue contributing to improving our services.
