The Role
As Transformation Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business transformation programme. We are in the process of modernising our main ICT business systems to support our ambition to become the Housing Association of the Future. You’ll lead this high-impact project that will improve our systems, processes, and outcomes for our colleagues and tenants. From launching new digital platforms to reshaping service delivery, you’ll be instrumental in turning strategy into reality.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and external partners to:
- Deliver high-impact transformation projects that modernises the way we work
- Turn ideas into action and strategy into results
- Support teams to work smarter and deliver better outcomes
- Help us build a more agile, responsive, and customer-focused organisation
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in managing projects and leading change
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A passion for improving services and outcomes for tenants and communities
- The ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose
