We have an amazing opportunity to join our Independent Living Team, providing outstanding support to our elderly and vulnerable tenants.

The role is an 18.5 hour week, on a fixed term basis to end 31/3/2025

What will be required of you?

  • Experience of working with elderly or vulnerable people and arranging or facilitating social activities
  • An empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Organisational skills and the ability to re-prioritise as necessary
  • Confident decision making skills
  • Use of own vehicle for work purposes (including business insurance)
