Housing Officer – Court Specialism

We are recruiting for a Court Specialised Housing Officer to complement our Housing Officer team.
The role of the Court Specialised Housing Officer will be to support the delivery of a proactive and holistic housing management service to Cartrefi Conwy tenants that promotes the development of sustainable tenancies and thriving communities.
Our Court Specialised Housing Officer will be the representative for high level complex cases that need court action, to ensure all the paperwork for court applications are completed effectively and attend court as and when required, whilst supporting our tenants with all of the help and advice they need to sustain their tenancy and remain safe in their homes.
What you will need:
- Experience of working within a housing or housing related field
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Experience of producing court documentation and attending court
- A clear understanding of rent arrears recovery and debt recovery methods
- Interpersonal skills to deal sensitively and professionally with tenants experiencing difficulties
