Multi-Skilled Trade Technician (Plastering with basic Joinery & Plumbing)
Location: Mobile within Cartrefi Conwy operational area
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 2 Year Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Up to £32,056 depending on experience.
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (up to 32 with service)

Join Cartrefi Conwy as a Multi-Skilled Trade Technician and help us keep homes safe, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. You’ll carry out repairs and maintenance across our housing stock, specialising in plastering, basic joinery and plumbing, and play a vital role in improving the lives of our tenants.

What you’ll do
- Deliver responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor refurbishments in occupied and void properties.
- Diagnose faults and provide cost-effective solutions across multiple trades.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience in a relevant trade
- Proven multi-trade experience (joinery, plastering, plumbing)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
- A Basic DBS check will be required for this post – employer funded
