  • Work closely with colleagues, contractors and external bodies to maintain high standards of compliance and build on a strong positive H&S culture.
  • Contribute to data management, reporting, H&S Committee information and accreditation work

This role includes comprehensive on‑the‑job learning, full support with professional development, and the opportunity to undertake additional qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational H&S, NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management, NEBOSH Fire Safety and NEBOSH Construction certificates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Health & Safety environment (ideally housing, construction or manufacturing)
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate (or willingness to work towards qualifications)
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships and demonstrate emotional intelligence
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required)

What We Offer:

  • A structured development programme
  • Full funding and support for professional development, including NEBOSH Diplomas
  • Opportunities to gain diverse hands‑on experience
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays and flexi‑time
  • Being part of a friendly, supportive and ambitious organisation

Lead by Example: You’ll take ownership of your learning, solve problems proactively, and support colleagues to work safely while building your capability as a future Health & Safety Advisor.

Stronger Together: You’ll collaborate with teams, contractors and tenants, using clear communication and mutual respect to help create a safe, supportive environment for all.
