  • Lead settling-in visits and welcome initiatives that support new tenants from the very start of their tenancy.
  • Drive initiatives that tackle poverty, improve financial inclusion and help tenants maximise their income.
  • Build strong partnerships with welfare, health, financial inclusion and support organisations.
  • Monitor performance, demonstrate social impact and continuously improve services.
  • Champion safeguarding and ensure tenants receive coordinated and effective support.

✅ Delivering tenancy support, housing support or customer-facing services.

✅ Building effective partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

✅ Managing projects, initiatives and service improvements.

✅ Achieving service targets and improving customer outcomes.

✅ Understanding tenancy sustainability and preventative support approaches.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people, developing colleagues and delivering services that make a real and lasting difference.

  • Do the right thing by ensuring tenants receive the right support at the right time, helping them overcome challenges and sustain successful tenancies.
  • Lead by example through proactive, solution-focused leadership that empowers colleagues and drives continuous improvement.
  • Stronger together by working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and communities to provide joined-up support and achieve better outcomes for tenants.

Why join Cartrefi Conwy?

This role offers the opportunity to shape services that directly improve lives. You’ll work with committed colleagues and partners to remove barriers, strengthen resilience and help tenants succeed in their homes and communities. If you’re passionate about supporting people and leading positive change, we’d love to hear from you.
