Catherine is an Executive Coach and Mentor, a Fellow of the CIPD and Professional Member of the EMCC. She has an extensive background in the Housing Sector having worked with a range of Housing Organisations in various Senior and Executive roles for 20 years. Catherine is also an experienced Non Executive Director and is currently serving on two other Housing Association Boards as Senior Independent Director and Chair of People Committee. During her career Catherine has led large teams a range of corporate functions including Organisational Development, HR, Diversity and Inclusion, Governance, Business Improvement, Projects and Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Communications, Health and Safety and Corporate Compliance. As well as ensuring excellent Value for Money and internal services, Catherine has overseen a number major change and improvement projects during her career, ensuring systems, people and process enable good customer experiences.
Catherine is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to make changes to improve performance and outcomes for themselves and others. She lives in North Wales and is keen to contribute her knowledge and experience to assist communities in the area
