Ruth is a chartered accountant who started her career at Deloitte in the North West of England. She has been a director and a lead member of the senior management team at Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK for over ten years with responsibility for a range of operational functions including HR, Workforce Planning, Payroll, Training and Brand & Communications. During a period of sustained growth, she held a role in identifying the requirements and delivering sustainable, usable improvements to the tools underpinning the project delivery team’s activities.
Ruth lives in Denbighshire with her husband and three young children. Ruth is looking forward to joining the Cartrefi Conwy board and having the opportunity to contribute towards the organisation’s vision of providing high quality social housing and sustainable communities in North Wales.
