Apprenticeship Week Wales 2024 – Showcasing our second apprentice of the week, Ebony, Administration Apprentice – Assets.

My personal goals are to complete my apprenticeship, develop new skills, learn more about Cartrefi Conwy, and understand how each department contributes to providing quality housing for our contract holders.

I enjoy:

– Interacting with contract holders, addressing any concerns they may have, and directing them to the right person.

– Collaborating with other departments and providing assistance where possible, such as helping with electrics and gas compliance.

– Acquiring new skills by participating in different workstreams.

– I have been a part of the Asset Management Team for almost 6 months and have truly enjoyed my time. The team has been very welcoming and has helped me comprehend the business and my role within the team.

I have had numerous opportunities to collaborate with different teams, participate in workstreams and projects, which has aided in my development and learning of new skills.
