Salary: £32,639 to £34,677 gross per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract up to 31 March 2027
We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Housing Officer to help deliver excellent housing management services across our communities.
Working at the heart of neighbourhoods, you’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, manage estate and tenancy issues, and help build strong, safe and thriving communities. This role plays a key part in delivering our Together Plan, contributing directly to all three pillars through collaboration, community engagement and continuous improvement.
You’ll take ownership of tenancy matters including rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and estate management, working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the right outcomes for tenants.
