From October to April our colleagues took part in our Big Outdoor Challenge, raising money for charity, but also boosting our mental wellbeing.
The theme for this years Mental Health Awareness week is ‘Nature’ and we are encouraging how going outdoors and reconnecting with nature can really boost your mental wellbeing.
