PUBLIC NOTICE: Essential wastewater network on Towyn Road, Abergele
We’re sharing an update from Welsh Water regarding planned works connected to our Pensarn development.
The essential wastewater network works are scheduled to take place from 2 November 2026 to 10 February 2027 within the development site adjacent to Towyn Road. Welsh Water has advised that services will not be affected and access for residents, businesses and emergency services will be maintained throughout the works.
