We sent you a letter last month about changes to your rent and service charges (if you have any) for 2023 – 2024.

Universal Credit and changes in your rent this month

If you get Universal Credit there are some important things you need to know and act on because of these changes.

• Wait until you get sent a to do task on your journal during your April assessment period!
• When you do, but not before, act on this straight away and look at your rent letter to help you with this.
• You will need to make sure you separate the rent from any service charges you might have when you fill this is on your journal.

If you live in Conwy you do not need to do anything its all taken care of.
