 Lead by Example
You’ll manage a varied caseload, proactively identify solutions, develop support plans and help customers address issues such as budgeting, income maximisation and move-on preparation.

 Stronger Together
You’ll build strong relationships with colleagues, CCBC, support agencies and other housing providers, contributing to a coordinated, multi-agency approach that delivers the best outcomes for customers.

What we’re looking for

  • A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with people facing challenging circumstances.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The confidence to make sound decisions and work independently when required.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Access to a vehicle and the ability to drive for work purposes.

What you’ll receive in return

  • Competitive salary of £30,769 – £31,678 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
  • Flexi-time scheme.
  • Choice of two pension schemes.
  • Enhanced sick pay and family-friendly policies.
  • Health cash plan, cycle to work scheme and personal development grants.
  • Employer-funded Enhanced DBS check.

This role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2027.
