Head of Governance

Group Cartrefi Conwy are recruiting a Head of Governance to cover for a period of Maternity Leave.
Our Head of Governance leads the delivery of a Group wide effective and efficient administration and governance advice service which supports and ensures compliance with governing documents, legal obligations, regulatory and statutory governance standards and other relevant corporate policies and procedures across the Cartrefi Conwy Group.
- Fixed term position, up to the 1st February 2026
- Full time (37 hours per week)
- Up to £50,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
