We’re looking for a Social Value & Partnerships Officer to help Cartrefi Conwy deliver meaningful social value across Conwy and North Wales, working closely with suppliers, partners and internal teams to turn commitments into outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work with contractors and supply chain partners to secure social value contributions, including the creation of work placements, volunteering roles and employment opportunities. You’ll coordinate these opportunities and hand them over to the Creating Futures team, ensuring they are clearly defined, well‑communicated and ready to be matched and filled.
You’ll also support the delivery of community projects funded through contractor commitments, working alongside tenant‑facing colleagues to focus activity where it can have the greatest impact. A key part of the role is monitoring, measuring and reporting on social value delivery — producing impact reports and SROI data that demonstrate accountability and value for money.
Working across the organisation, you’ll champion social value, support teams to meet their social impact KPIs, and help embed partnership working into everyday practice.
