Learning and Development Coordinator
End Date: 8th November 2023
We are looking for someone new to work closely with our Organisational Development and Learning Partner and HR team to deliver our schedule of training, for our colleagues at Cartrefi Conwy and Creating Enterprise.
The suitable candidate will have:
- A strong attention for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, to be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels
- Organisational and planning skills
- Previous experience of working with learning management systems
This role is being advertised as permanent, part-time working 22.5 hours per week (Tuesday – Thursday preferably) with flexibility to adapt and meet the needs of the business.
Salary: Up to £23,035 gross per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
