As our Maintenance Property Surveyor you will play a key role in helping us achieve this by ensuring our housing stock is safe, well-maintained, and free from damp and mould. You’ll carry out technical inspections, diagnose issues, and oversee remedial works—making a real difference to the wellbeing of our tenants by providing a first class service whilst supporting the delivery of our Together Corporate Plan.
Salary: £39,913 – £40,395 gross per annum
Hours: 37 Hours
Contract: Permanent
Location: Mobile within the operational area of Cartrefi Conwy
- A Basic DBS check will be required for this post – employer funded
