Request a repair

If your request for a repair is not an emergency we will classify it as a ‘standard repair’. We will offer you the earliest appointment that is convenient for you and our Building Maintenance Team. We aim to complete these repairs on average within 20 calendar days.

If your repair is urgent then we will aim to complete this within 7 calendar days.

You can request a repair in a number of ways:

 

Online

You can request a repair using our tenant portal 'my cartrefi' at any time of the day or night.

Phone us

You can also phone us to report a repair.

In person

You can also visit us in one or our offices.
