Business Systems Analyst
We’re looking for a digitally‑minded problem solver who puts customers first. In this key role, you’ll help shape, deliver and continuously improve Cartrefi Conwy’s business systems, ensuring our digital solutions are secure, compliant and fit for the future.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll translate business needs into practical, high‑quality system solutions that improve services and support our wider transformation ambitions.
You’ll bring strong technical capability, a passion for data quality and user experience and a commitment to our values: Do the Right Thing, Work Together Stronger and Lead by Example – living these every day in how you support colleagues and customers alike.
Salary: Up to £41,930 gross per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
