At Cartrefi Conwy, we believe tenants should help shape the services they receive. We’re looking for a Tenant Voice Coordinator to help us listen, learn and act on what matters most to our communities.
This role is all about making sure tenants are heard — and that their views lead to real change.
Details
- Morfa Gele – Working flexibly between the community, home and office
- 37 hours per week (full time), permanent
- Grade 6: £32,639 – £34,677 (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing
- Organising and supporting tenant groups, events and meetings
- Helping colleagues involve tenants in decisions
- Gathering feedback through surveys and engagement activities
- Making sure we close the loop and tell tenants what’s changed
- Keeping clear records and evidence of tenant involvement
- Building strong relationships with tenants, partners and colleagues
- Leading the development and delivery of our Tenant Voice Strategy and action plan, ensuring this supports our Corporate Plan priorities and meets Welsh Government regulatory standards
- Supporting our aim to actively listen, use feedback to improve services, and amplify tenant voice in decision‑making
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with people in a community or customer-focused role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organise and manage your workload
- Confidence working with different teams
- A genuine passion for listening and doing the right thing
