this could be the perfect role for you As a housing association we look after people who live in our homes; we make sure that they have a good standard of housing and we provide services to help them look after their home and themselves. As a modern apprentice you would have the opportunity to develop skills in customer service and administration. You will develop call handling skills, data inputting skills, minute taking skills, you’ll meet people face to face by spending time on reception and much more. You’ll also get the chance to be involved in fun projects and challenges that will develop skills in leadership, prioritising and organising.
