Cartrefi Conwy are delighted to announce planning permission for the Pensarn development has been approved!
The development is set to expand the outskirts of Abergele, creating a highly attractive neighbourhood, including 128 affordable 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
You may have already noticed some activity on site. We are spending the next couple of weeks getting the site set up with security and enabling works ahead of construction.
